The luxury brokerage company announced Wednesday its entry into the state of Georgia with a new franchise office in North Atlanta.

The new franchise located in Alpharetta, a city within the metro Atlanta area, is the company’s 36th franchise to date and will be managed by managing partners Chad Lagomarcino and Jeff Bell. Bill will also act as the office recording medium. Both agents join the agency from Compass.

The agency has been on a tear with the addition of new franchise offices recently, having added 11 new franchises in 2022 so far, including the Alpharetta office. The company recently announced a new franchise – and its first foray into Europe – in the Netherlands.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Bill has spent the past 10 years becoming an expert in the local market and honing his skills in the luxury realm by becoming a Certified Foreign Investor and Luxury Real Estate Professional. Prior to his career in real estate, Bell was a market consultant for over 20 years and worked with high-end brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari and McLaren. During this period, he also developed deep relationships with luxury customers who purchased products from these companies.

Lagomarcino has been in Atlanta real estate for over 25 years and has handled hundreds of millions of dollars in sales over the course of his career. During that time, he was named Realtor of the Year and Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Northeast Atlanta Metro Realtors Association (NAMAR) and has always been one of the largest producers in the area.

The new franchise office is located at 8000 Avalon Boulevard, Suite 214 in Alpharetta.
