It is healthy in more ways than one. After all, working with your partner has a lot of benefits when it comes to strengthening your relationship and bond.

    Putting in the effort to stay in good shape together is something this strong pair seems to have become. Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine and model Behati Prinsloo have made it a habit of building their physique as one unit.

    Trainer Austin Bohlen posted a video of the couple on Instagram doing a “couples exercise,” as the caption notes, complete with step ups and resistance band moves. Prinsloo also posted about their workout regimen, captioning an Instagram photo of the duo doing planks, “Kinda has a thing for my trainers.” The couple was spotted having some heart conditions while hiking in Hawaii.

    Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher lead busy lives, from traveling for their careers to raising their sweet sons. Although, in a way, the award-winning country music star and former professional hockey player still makes time to work together.

    Underwood has not only launched her own fitness app called Fit52, but she is also a celebrity officially famous for her BODYARMOR sports drink. Retired in 2018, Fisher has been a professional athlete for over 17 seasons.

    The singer-songwriter and her husband shared Instagram posts breaking a sweat together at the gym and leading full-body workout classes on Fit52 to motivate their fans to work towards their fitness goals.

    It’s a team effort to stay strong and fit. Legendary Tom Brady has been the NFL quarterback for 22 seasons, and has continued to keep fit after his recent retirement. He now enjoys a special member of the team: his wife, model Gisele Bundchen.

    Bundchen previously said People She works out every day, which has included making her way to the Brady TB12 Sports Center to work out her bad shoulders three times each week. Bündchen revealed that she enjoys working out with Brady, explaining in the interview, “He kind of tells me what to do, and I kind of follow him, and I try to make it hard for him! There’s a lot of: ‘Who can do it better?!'”

    Thor can definitely throw the hammer, and his wife is making big moves in the fitness field too, which can be seen on Instagram. In an interview with ET OnlineChris Hemsworth said his wife, Elsa Pataky, “has more cardio skills, more stamina than ever, and it’s a little embarrassing sometimes.” The actor adds, “We have the same coach, and my classmate is from the school we grew up with, and he often says, ‘You know what, your wife is much fitter than you,’ so I’m well aware of him.”

    After over 10 years of marriage and three kids, these two celebrities are finding ways to keep their bodies sharp. Pataki revealed to Australia Body + Soul (via People), “I was in awe of fitness and an athletic body and my whole life revolved around working out. I had never stopped since I was 14. I just fell in love with being healthy and having a good physique. [Chris and I] We like to exercise, eat healthy, and move our bodies. We have kids into surfing. Any hobbies to get them out of the house, not on social media and computers. My daughter has been riding with me since she was two and a half years old.”

    Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed enjoy the great outdoors together and stay active in a number of creative ways. The couple participates in activities such as snowboarding, swimming, and hiking, according to men’s health. She also extends it into couples yoga.

    For her better half, Reid wrote in an Instagram post of appreciation, “To the most amazing, safe and supportive partner who encourages me to train with some of the best Acro teachers in the world, because he knows how much happiness I get from the practice, and then lets me climb on top of it like a gym Sports in the woods when I get home to show him what I’ve been working on (+kiss).”

    Michael Phelps, an Olympic gold-medal swimmer, and his wife, Nicole Phelps, have been married since 2016. The pair constantly share the workouts they do together on Instagram, showing how they challenge each other’s athletic abilities.

    “It might be a goat but I think my mom’s strength can take them,” Nicole Phelps commented on Instagram, as they both sweat while working out together.
