Developed in 2008, this property has a 99.1% rental interest and is located less than 1.5 miles from Wake Forest University. Winston Salem It has a growing population and is home to notable corporate headquarters, including Hanes Brandsand Krispy Kreme Donuts and Lowes Foods.
