London Bay Development Group and national builder Suffolk recently celebrated a major construction phase of Grandview on April 7. Completion in spring 2023.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from London Bay, Suffolk, Commissioner Ray Sandelli, Mayor Ray Murphy, nearby residents and business partners, and the honoring ceremony included lunch and tours.

Suffolk and London Bay also participate in the club and resort-inspired residences at Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ premiere Life Plan community.
