New lessons teach real estate agents how to work with a home

Dallas, April 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The HomesUSA Alliance, created by real estate and home builder giants Ben Caballero and Bob Haver, has announced new Certified Real Estate Agent classes from April through June. Popular courses, taken by over 4,000 real estate agents, teach agents how to work with home builders. Additionally, Texas agents can earn the continuing education credits required to maintain an active state real estate license.

Real estate agents can register for new home sales online courses at HomesUSAAlliance.com on their calendar page (https://homesusaalliance.com/education/course-calendar). Registration is now available for classes set May 11-12 and June 8 and 9, 2022 and is open to agents throughout Texas and nationwide.

All real estate agents who complete the six semesters will receive a New Home Sales Certificate. The alliance has already provided the training that thousands of real estate sales professionals need to work better with home builders.

Haver, who teaches the courses he wrote, notes that full coursework includes “Building Your Real Estate Business with New Home Sales,” “Everything You Need to Know About Building a New Home,” “How to Identify a New Green Built Home,” “How to Successfully Negotiating with a New Home Builder”, “Understanding New Home Builder Contracts and Accessories”, and “New Home Planner for Realtors.”

Classes are approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for Continuing Education (CE) credits. Real estate agents can earn 11 credits from the six courses during the two-day program, at an affordable price of $200 for all semesters. Once they have completed all six (6) CE courses, agents earn new home sales certification from the HomesUSA Alliance.

“The areas of real estate are making fortunes,” said Ben Caballero, America’s largest new home sales specialist and premiere real estate sales professional. “By learning how to work with home builders, agents gain a specialty that can help them advance their business,” he added.

Haver notes that the Texas Real Estate Authority requires agents to take 18 hours of accredited continuing education credit every two years. “As an agent, you can complete about two-thirds of your two-year requirements in just two days with our courses. But most importantly, agents gain inside knowledge about working with builders that they really can’t get anywhere else,” added Haver.
