Law Enforcement Reports

3:01 pm Police responded to harassment in the 3500 block of NW Jetty. The suspect was previously told that he was not at the residence, he was there and he was believed to be intoxicated, he verbally invaded and warned of harassing phone calls. The suspect returned to the resident. He be on the lookout dispatched to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and the Oregon State Police. Probable cause of telephone harassment and burglary. Fifty units unable to locate suspect.

10:56 pm Police conduct an arrest of law enforcement officers in the 1000 block of NW Harbor Avenue. The caller reported that the subject had overdosed on Tylenol. The subject was transported by doctors to the hospital.

12:33 am Police received a report of harassment at a business in the 1700 block of NW 44th Street. The person she called reported that an unknown man groped her.

7:41 am Police take report of a robbery in the 600 block of NW Inlet. Reports of camera activity that occurred at 3:47 am The cameras have since gone offline.

9:42 am Police responded to a disturbance at some public restrooms in the 1700 block of NW Hwy 101. Caller reported subject causing a disturbance. Served 30 day exclusion from city property, entered into the National Crime Information Center as a missing person. Continuous investigation.

10:39 am Police reported a stolen vehicle recovered in the 1600 block of SE East Devils Lake Road. Caller reported that he bought a storage unit, U-Haul was inside. She wanted to make sure it wasn’t stolen. U-Haul was confirmed to have been stolen from Washington. Towed vehicle.

12:26 pm Police took report of a reported assault at a school in the 3700 block of SE Spyglass Ridge Drive. Caller reported assault on a student.

4:19 pm Police respond to a warrant for his arrest in the 1000 block of SW 51st Street. The reported suspect violated the no-contact release agreement. The suspect also had a felony arrest warrant out of the Lincoln County Jail. Arrested on warrant and charges of contempt of court, second degree robbery, second degree burglary and second degree burglary. Transported to the Lincoln City Police Department.

3:20 pm Police responded to a home invasion at a business in the 2300 block of NE Hwy 101. The caller reported subjects camping in the entrance area. The subject was arrested, without handcuffs. He was cited and released for failing to register.

4:24 pm Police received a report of a vehicle stolen from a business in the 2700 block of NW Hwy 101. The vehicle was reported to have been taken from the rear of the business the night before. He entered the system.

12:50 pm Oregon State Police responded to a no-injury crash on Highway 18, mile marker 9. The driver of a Chevrolet pick-up truck lost control of his vehicle while going around a curve. The truck went off the road and fell into an embankment. The driver was not injured and did not require medical attention. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office helped.

13:18 OSP responded to littering. While patrolling Schooner Creek Road in Lincoln County, OSP observed a lot of debris near the creek bank consisting of broken clay pigeons, spent rifle cartridges, ammunition packages, and other gunshot-related items. Some of the items were in the water at the edge of Schooner Creek. There are no suspects at this time. OSP cleaned up the area and took most of the debris and disposed of it properly.

3:26 pm OSP responded to an injury accident in the 1300 block of Harlan Road. AN The westbound motorcyclist had lost control and collided with an eastbound Lincoln County dump truck. The motorcyclist suffered a broken leg and was taken to Corvallis Good Samaritan Hospital for life. The passenger’s driving privileges were suspended at the felony level. The dump truck operator reported no injuries. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Toledo Police and Toledo Firefighters assisted at the scene.

3:01 am OSP responded to a DUII on Hwy 101, milepost 121. A The northbound vehicle went off the road and crashed into a guardrail at Immonen Road and Hwy 101 south of Lincoln City. The driver and passenger reported no injuries. The driver showed signs of impairment and she was arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Jail, where she voluntarily provided a breath sample with a BAC of .13%. The driver was cited and released for driving under the influence of alcohol. North Lincoln Fire assisted on the scene. ODOT was made aware of the substantial damage to the railing.
