RELATED DESIGNS – The popular Heartfall House plan offers dog friendly features

Passed by the Heartfall design, the artisanal touches catch your eye. The double front porches are framed by pillars with strong stone bases and slender columns that lead your eye to the stunning beams that adorn the gable ends. The front door is protected by its covered vaulted porch, creating a welcoming first impression when visiting family and friends.

The lobby ceilings are 13 feet high from the inside. The spacious entrance includes a highchair, which makes the transition from outside to inside comfortable. Just a few steps inside to reach the coat closet and take a first look at the large room with rich windows. Just off the entry hall, the floor plan opens onto the kitchen which offers plenty of counter space and boasts an island and pantry. A transition from the 10-inch ceilings helps visually separate the kitchen from the rest of the large room, which features vaulted ceilings. A cozy fireplace can be enjoyed throughout the large room. Along the left wall of the great room, a double sliding glass door opens to expand the space outside and onto the covered patio. The large room is surrounded on three sides by outdoor living spaces – ideal for those who enjoy spending as much time as possible outside. Even the dining room features a sliding glass door that opens onto one of the two covered balconies that emerge from the street. A drinks bar in the dining room makes entertaining easy.

The three bedrooms at The Heartfall fill the back of the house. The owners suite has a hallway separate from the two secondary bedrooms and features a large walk-in walk-in and private bathroom – complete with spa, walk-in shower and double vanities, along with direct access to the backyard. The secondary bedrooms are also well appointed and share access to a shared divided bathroom with double sinks.

This home plan offers a basement foundation that allows Heartfall to grow with the homeowners where the unfinished space can be used as storage or finished at a later time to provide a family room, hobby space, or whatever else fits.

It’s easy to see why Heatfall is one of the most popular designs. The large open plan living room and three comfortable bedrooms are attractive features, along with a floor plan designed to accommodate the four-legged family members. An optional doggy door provides quick access from the backyard to the garage shelter. Just a few steps into the house, utility room cabinets have two dog beds under a worktop and offer walk-in closets and storage. Stairs just outside the utility room lead to the unfinished rewards room at Heartfall which would likely be finished with a full additional bathroom and a second bar.
