After selling 16 of the 27 residences in just the first 30 days after launch with a total of 21 units as of May 31, 2022, Six Senses Residences has demonstrated a consistent demand for ultra-luxury living, connectivity and closeness to nature among city dwellers.

Ultra-luxury residences now sold out a total of 78%, or 21 of the 27 homes, as of the end of May.
Kittiphun added that the residences, which are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024, are among the finest and tallest homes in Thailand, and are backed by a 30-year MQDC guarantee.
He added that The Forestias’ other luxury residential component – Mulberry Grove-branded homes – has also seen strong sales of 3,720 million baht as of May 2022.
“The residences of the Mulberry Grove villa group are specifically designed for multi-generational families who wish to live close to each other in multiple detached houses that are conveniently connected,” said Mr. Ouiyamaphun. “There are 37 homes of three different sizes with four to six bedrooms with functional areas ranging from about 1,000 square meters to 1,700 square metres.”
