Can you own a military vehicle?

This list pretty much makes you wonder whether or not owning a military vehicle is legal. Well, the answer is…it depends.

In the United States, owning a military vehicle is perfectly legal provided the weapon system is not active. This means that missile systems, grenades and machine guns must be removed. You are also required to obtain a title for the vehicle from the National Firearms Act (NFA) and register it with your state’s DMV. You must obtain insurance to ensure that the vehicle is street legal and adheres to your state’s emissions laws.

All in all, it’s not that simple just buying a military vehicle but if your heart (and pocket) is ready to own one, it’s totally worth it!

These badass celebs have shown that if you have the money, you can buy anything you want; Including a military tank. Although it may not be the most practical purchase, it is definitely a great way to show off your wealth and make a statement.
