Toll Brothers, America’s luxury homebuilder, is kicking off the summer season with great fanfare by hosting open weekend homes of move-in-ready homes and communities that will open soon.
Every weekend during June, Toll Brothers invites potential homebuyers to take a look at their most beautiful communities in New Jersey. The nationally renown company will host open house events to showcase its wide range of professionally decorated model homes, located in a variety of cities.
Select Quick Move properties and off-plan homes available to roam through during the event, allowing potential buyers to navigate on their own schedules. Toll Brothers homes are available as early as June, giving you plenty of time to move in before the school year begins.
The open house event spans the company’s impressive portfolio of properties in Morris, Somerset, Bergen and Monmouth. Newly opened typical homes from Toll Brothers include designs by Avail and Benefit within the Enclave in Chatham, a residential community located on a secluded suburban site.
Select Toll Brothers homes include on-site resort-style amenities, and an open house event offers buyers the opportunity to tour clubs with state-of-the-art fitness centers, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, outdoor pools, and more. The club opened at the Regency at Allaire in Farmingdale, and Grove at Upper Saddle River is scheduled to open in mid to late summer.
The Jersey Shore always takes center stage during the summer months, and the Toll Brothers have several upcoming communities participating in the open house event. For those looking for a single-family home, the design firm’s Colborne Regency House in Manalapan is available to view, as are the three-storey homes on Middletown Walk which are expected to open in late summer.
The Toll Brothers will also open Regent Oaks in Freehold development during the Open House event. The luxury single-family home community will consist of 89 homes intended for over 55 active adults and featuring resort-style amenities for a low-maintenance lifestyle.
Floor plans at Regent Oaks can range from 1,860 to 2,670 square feet while offering two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two-car garages. Buyers can choose from selections curated for their convenience and on-site amenities include a private club, fitness center, signature gathering spaces and an outdoor pool.
Toll Brothers luxury communities for new homes can be found nationwide. The company is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange and has been building in the Garden State since 1982. Toll Brothers is committed to quality and customer service and has established a significant footprint across multiple counties in New Jersey, with urban condominiums along the state’s Gold Coast being served by Toll Brothers City Living.
