Debbie DeMaria of Vogue Interiors, ASID, IDS, Kristi Hebb, Licensed Interior Designer, and Stacey Johnson, Design Associate design the interior design of a luxurious 7,090-square-foot, furnished, under-air condominium in Pine Ridge Estates. Designed by architect Frank Comeriato, the residence was developed by Amy Turner and built by Artisan Associates Ken Wells. The magnificent home features a large spacious room with wood-beamed ceiling details, a double island kitchen that includes a large butler pantry, a dining room with a wine bar displaying two chilled towers for wine storage, a bedroom, four bedrooms, and four and a half bedrooms. bathrooms plus pool, landscaped outdoor patio, outdoor living area with stunning pool and spa, island kitchen, sitting area with fireplace, two-story casita with gym, two bedrooms, full and half bath, and parking lot with Two car garages.
The designers have created an inviting transitional interior design that will provide global appeal to luxury home buyers who prefer elegant surroundings that compliment a relaxed lifestyle. A color palette featuring soft gray backgrounds with accents of cream, champagne, and ocean blue will play against wide white oak floors with a taupe finish.
Upon entering, visitors will be greeted by a dramatic two-tiered chandelier of waterfall glass and silver. A shimmering impressionist mural of the sea horizon in soft ocean blue and dark gray tones will adorn one wall. On the opposite wall, a dark wood console with a lighter face contrasting with a mirror will be paired.
The large spacious room will feature four details of the wooden beams on the ceiling that will contribute to the room’s comfortable and elegant ambiance. The feature wall will showcase a polished cream stone background, a linear fireplace framed by accent niches with custom floating cabinets, and a wood wall covering finished in champagne and mother-of-pearl colors. The show will also include a pair of faux-fur upholstered benches and contemporary wall sculptures. Furnishings in the Great Room will also include a white tapestry sofa with six complimentary pillows in ocean blue and pearl, a pair of roundwood and brushed silver metal tables, and two stone and silver cocktail tables surrounded by four pearl upholstered pillows. Tailored chairs in dark gray leather and brushed silver buckles, and a stone-covered brushed nickel base sofa table. A color-coordinated woven area rug will stabilize the space.
The chef’s dream kitchen will feature two floating islands with luxurious six-centimetre Crystallo countertops and dark gray cabinetry. Three custom pendant lights in bronze and silver will be suspended above the outer island. Four performance counter seats in dark gray gradient fabric with dark gray pearlescent frames with nickel accents. The cabinet surrounding will be a pearl color with custom glass features against gray quartz countertops which will also include a six centimeter ledge. The backsplash will be a luxurious white marble and a mother-of-pearl geometric design with a custom cover. The spacious butler pantry will accommodate all types of food preparation and serving. The butler’s pantry will include a custom frosted glass parndoor entry, gray quartz countertops, neutral tile floors with a two-foot wood surround, and quality hardware.
The dining area will showcase a rectangular wooden table with a dark gray pearlescent painted top and polished stainless steel base. Eight dining chairs will feature a champagne performance fabric with dark gray horizontal top details. Wooden frames will also appear dark gray. Custom designed elongated light fixtures will highlight the table and complement the gorgeous stone counter of the wine bar in cream, taupe and yellow that creates a sense of undulating movement. A large window over the bar and surrounding wine towers overlooks the house’s tranquil landscaped courtyard.
Ceiling details in the den will feature light charcoal and creamy grass cloth sandwiched between drywall beams painted in the shape of a cross. The writing desk will have silver-tone metal legs, bold platinum-faced hardware, and a charcoal top. The office chair will be finished with a luxurious dark platinum fabric. The wood console will be finished in a dark gray and has geometric sliding panels on the face. Two signature chairs will feature charcoal frames with splayed legs and a creamy wavy texture with accents of silver, charcoal and taupe. A hammered silver metal circular side table with a charcoal top will be placed between the chairs. A textured felt-on-hide rug in charcoal, cream, grey, and taupe will anchor the space.
The master suite lobby will feature a brushed metallic champagne and taupe decorative chest, doors that open to storage shelves and a pair of drawers. Large wardrobes will surround the entrance to the master bedroom. The dark gray, cream and white color scheme for the bedroom will play with the parquet floors and area rug with accents of pearl and dark gray. A bed fully upholstered in a pearl color will have button accents in the headboard. This gorgeous 126″ Three Piece Wardrobe will feature a faded gray linen finish with brushed nickel round tension. The nightstands will feature a metallic champagne finish with brushed nickel circular pulls and brushed nickel ferrules. The seat at the foot of the bed will be covered in a white faux-fur fabric and include champagne wood legs. A pair of swivel chairs and an ottoman feature an angular design and are accompanied by a table featuring a champagne onyx top and glass shelf.
The luxurious master bathroom will serve as a peaceful retreat. The space will include a freestanding oval shaped bathtub, walk-in showers, double vanity sinks, and double water tanks. The vanity will feature gorgeous taupe cabinetry with a high-gloss finish topped with stone countertops in the Taj Mahal. Each nightstand will include a linen storage tower. The porcelain tile in this double-entry showerhead matches the 28″ x 48″ dark and pearl master flooring that provides a measure of subtle movement. Shower entryways will surround a feature wall behind the bathtub finished in luxurious natural mother-of-pearl.
