    St. John’s Station – New York, New York

    St. John’s Station was originally constructed in 1934 as one end of the High Line – an elevated rail line used to transport goods along Manhattan’s West Side – and St. John’s Station will soon host Google employees as a core part of the tech giant’s Hudson Square campus. The former office building-turned-sustainable office building at 550 Washington Street sold for $2.1 billion in 2022 — the highest selling price for an office building in Manhattan since the start of the pandemic.

    Crowe Trammell Center – Dallas, Texas

    The Trammell Crow Center – a 50-story skyscraper towering over the center of the Dallas Arts District – was built during the construction boom of the 1980s. After a late-2000s transformation, the center emerged as an innovative, mixed-use facility with retail stores, a conference center, and abundant outdoor green space, cementing the tower’s distinctive position on the Dallas skyline.

    Star City – Brooklyn, New York

    Stretching over 140 acres and containing more than 5,880 apartments, Starrett has been described by New York Gov. Cathy Hochhol as a “strong and well-liked community.” The housing development, one of the largest federally subsidized rental complexes in the United States, features a long list of amenities to keep this spirit of community alive, including fitness classes, a shopping center, youth activities, a weekly newspaper, and an independent cogeneration power plant.

    Landmark Center – Boston, Massachusetts

    Located near Boston’s legendary Fenway Park, the Landmark Center was built in 1928 as a Sears, Roebuck & Company distribution center and now hosts offices and retail space as well as a cinema.
