    Hollywood stars are not exempt from anxiety disorders. Many famous faces have suffered from mental health issues. For them, navigation becomes more difficult as it is in the public eye.

    Fortunately, mental health issues have become a widely discussed topic, especially with more stars coming out in recent years to talk about their anxiety struggles, thus changing the narrative surrounding mental illness.

    Like many of us, Barb Queen has had a few tough times. While fans may see a successful and charming rapper, Nick Minaj has been especially struggling with some of her psychological struggles.

    On Thursday, the “Starships” artist opened up about how being criticized for her every move made her anxious.

    “I think when I was younger, my natural state was to be more confident,” Minaj explained on “Carpool Karaoke” with host James Corden. “But I think when you’re a woman and you’re in the public eye all the time, if you’re not careful, you can become less confident because you’re under constant scrutiny.”

    However, she has admitted that she feels less anxious and “at peace” whenever she takes a break from social media.

    “When I’m off social media and remove this shit from my phone, I feel this tremendous sense of peace,” Nikki said. And then you realize what matters; the things you think about or worry about, you’re like, ‘Who cares?’

    For the first few years of Kristen Bell’s career, the actress kept her struggles out of the public eye. However, in 2016, she published a personal article in which she revealed how she dealt with her anxiety while in school.

    “I was at NYU, paying my bills on time, had friends and ambition – but for some reason, something intangible was dragging me down,” the actress wrote. “Fortunately, thanks to my mom, I knew help was there — and to ask for it without shame.”

    In April 2022, the “Havana” singer opened up about her struggles with anxiety, revealing that she sought help by visiting a therapist.

    “There was a time when I was so anxious, I was like, ‘I don’t feel like I can go to the studio. “I don’t feel like I can work,” Cabello said.
