    • More rewards: We are expanding our incentives across product suites, including AT&T Dedicated Internet, AT&T Business Fiber, FirstNet, and our ACC portfolio. We are also offering bonuses for acquiring new customers. Solution Providers can also choose the compensation plan that best suits their needs, from starting compensation plans to residual compensation plans.
    • Lead generation campaigns: We are introducing new channel-wide lead generation campaigns with enhanced targeting and marketing support to help bring more opportunities to our solution providers. Thousands of potential clients that coincide with our investment in the network and the expansion of fiber services for the acquisition of new mobility clients. Solution providers can align with potential customers in fiber, mobility, or other products.
    • Access to more accounts: We are opening more opportunities within our segments. Our solution providers now have access to thousands of accounts in global businesses that were previously restricted or required approval. Launch of modules supported solely by solution providers to increase acquisition in mid-market accounts. This gives our solution provider community more opportunities for new customer acquisition.
    • New ways to use Marketing Development Funds (MDF): We have expanded our MDF program beyond events and warranties. Solution Providers can now use the funds to enhance their web presence, API development and lead generation campaigns. This gives solution providers more flexibility to develop the tools they need to be successful.
    • New APIs and portal improvements: We continue to provide our solution providers with the automated tools they need to transform their business. We recently added new portal tools and APIs to improve the delivery of information in near real time. These enhancements help drive shorter cycle times, greater order accuracy and faster processing. AT&T Switched Ethernet On Demand is an innovative self-service network solution that enables businesses to rapidly grow their network and make feature changes in near real-time through an easy-to-use Network on Demand portal. We also add AT&T Managed Internet Backup as an additional service to our AT&T business broadband service that enables solution providers to build a stronger managed service offering.
    • More Training Resources: About Us We offer a variety of training courses in our programs, including an extensive set of webinars, training courses, and information sessions covering technical sales, operations, and business development initiatives. We’ve streamlined and streamlined courses so our solution providers can use information faster, and we continue to add courses and connect our solution providers with innovative resources to help drive success.
