Cohen & Stears European Real Estate Securities Fund SICAV Receives 10-Year Performance Award from Refinitiv Lipper |

New YorkAnd 26 April 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today announced that Cohen & Steers SICAV European Real Estate Securities Fund (“the Fund”) has been awarded the 2022 Refinitiv Lipper Fund Award in the Real Estate category in France And Switzerland. The fund has been recognized for its strong risk-adjusted performance for the ten-year period ending December 31, 2021. This is the fourth year in a row that the fund has won the Lieber Prize.

Roger Kerns, Head of Real Estate Europe and Senior Portfolio Manager, said:

We are honored to be recognized once again by Lipper for the continued strong performance of the fund providing attractive risk-adjusted returns to our investors, an achievement resulting from the dedication and efforts of our entire team in delivering investment excellence. We believe that European real estate securities are poised to play a potentially meaningful role in the defense against inflation while offering investors a strong relative return and total potential return.

The fund seeks to generate current income and increase capital by investing in real estate investment trusts and other publicly traded real estate companies headquartered in Europe and the United Kingdom, which Cohen and Stears believe offers attractive valuations and growth prospects. By investing in European markets, the fund seeks to take advantage of differences in economic sector cycles, country-specific properties, and the diversity of business models. In our view, these markets provide attractive opportunities for well-resourced, disciplined, and energetic managers to deliver consistent excess returns.

While past performance does not predict future returns, the fund has historically outperformed its benchmarks and UK direct property funds:
