Forbes Korea has released the 2022 Power Celebrity 40 list of the most influential and highest-paid people in Korea.

The Power Celebrity 40 is the Korean version of Forbes’ Celebrity 100 list, which ranks the highest-paid celebrities.

Forbes Korea’s 2022 Power Celebrity 40 list includes (clockwise from top left) BTS, IU, BLACKPINK, Park Seo-joon, TWICE, and Lee Min-ho (Instagram)

The Forbes Korea list is based on the annual income of celebrities (50%) and media, social media and broadcast influences (50%). The four indicators are calculated to arrive at the overall result.
