GFP Real Estate Inks 11 New Lease on 230 Fifth Ave. Totaling over 15,000 square feet; Home textile market center is now 95% leased

    GFP Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce 11 new rental deals totaling 15,525 square feet on 230 Fifth Ave. , also known as the New York Market Center. The specialty showroom building is New York’s center for the home textile industry, home to more than 140 companies of luxury home fashion accessories. Only 11 showrooms and office space available for rent, the building is now 95% leased.
