The arts have flourished in Garland with many culturally diverse organizations performing at the Granville Center for the Arts. Each year, the city of Garland offers a variety of fine arts experiences that attract patrons from across North Texas, including symphonic performances, musicals, ballets, theater plays, and concerts. Theaters are also available to rent for meetings and events.

There will also be investment in transportation corridors and utility infrastructure. In addition, a new, state-of-the-art natatorium from Garland ISD is for students to enjoy.
