MALTA, NY – The custom real estate group recently celebrated its grand opening at a ribbon-cutting party with the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.
The headquarters are located in the Bluth Building at 2452 Rt. 9 In Malta, the Tailored Real Estate Group was founded in late 2021 by licensed local real estate broker Jaylene Leonbruno.
After working in the area real estate market for the past 15 years, the South Glens Falls native decided to start her own independent brokerage firm.
“I kind of wanted to do something myself,” Leonbruno said of embarking on this new endeavor. “I had a different vision.”

In addition to her work in upstate New York, Leonbruno is also licensed in Florida.
Since founding a designer real estate group last fall, Leonbruno has built a team of seven dedicated women who share their passion for providing tailor-made real estate services to each client.
“When we make deals with people, we design everything around them. We make it about them. We listen to what their needs are. We listen to what they want.” And every transaction is different. You have to be creative when you work with clients, and you have to understand certain things and come up with different solutions to problems.
“Everything is different, and everything is designed around them.”
So far, the Tailored Real Estate Group is off to a solid start. In just the first three months, the brokerage saw more than $12 million of pending and closed deals.
At a ribbon-cutting event on Tuesday afternoon, awards were presented to salespeople Karen Heath and Kristen Serrano, who completed the group’s first closing and first closed roster.
A specially designed real estate group was also congratulated at Tuesday’s ceremony by representatives from the office of Assemblywoman Carrie Warner, the office of Senator Jim Tedesco and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.
Looking ahead, Leonbruno said her focus on the future of Tailored Real Estate Group is building a brand. “The main goal for me is to build a brand with people, and to have a great place for people like me to do business.”
