With Breville, you can now not only take on an innovative cooking style, but also air fry with some of today’s best chefs.

On March 29, innovative kitchen appliance brand Breville announced the launch of the Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro. The convection oven comes connected to the Joule Oven app – the company’s first connected smart cooker. This pairing features an impressive digital library of recipes and video-guided content from pioneering chefs such as Carla Lalli Music, Nik Sharma, and Gregory Gourdet. This new drop combines the digital interaction of the ChefSteps’ Joule App with Breville’s award-winning design into a unified, multifunctional monster capable of baking crispy bread like a whole chicken.

Air fryers operate via convection fans that blow extremely hot air around any and all friable foods, creating a fast, delicious exterior that wraps around the warm, juicy interior. The Juul app elevates this air fryer with 13 cooking functions, including toast, dry and slow cook. Intelligent tools such as Visual Doneness and precise visual control provide precision in setup. There’s even an Air Fryer Pro air fryer basket.

With all this equipment, you don’t have to fear because the Breville Air Fryer is extremely easy to use and quick to fix. This fits with the collaborators’ intent to make an “everyday chef out of everyone”. Besides, celebrity chefs help spark these culinary visions.

Chef Greg Gordet, for example, has long been top chef Verdict, with its roots in the sights, sounds and smells of Haitian New York City, comes under the auspicious guidance of Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Now you can find these American-Caribbean flavors in your kitchen. Or experience South Indian-influenced food with Nick Sharma, based in Los Angeles.

You also don’t have to worry about how to fill up a huge air fryer, with recipes included that show step-by-step visual instructions paired with compatible item settings. The partners plan the app to be home to a growing library of not only Breville but the Webby Award-winning ChefSteps team and a talented Epicurean roster. With fun and interactive experiences, cooking becomes even easier. You prepare and then click on the autopilot to allow the Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro to automatically cycle through the cooking stages for guaranteed delicious results.

“Combining two strengths of product innovation and cooking, we are thrilled to offer this dynamic experience to home chefs, allowing them to master it every time,” Catherine Rospino, global general manager of Breville, said in a press release.

The app also features customized recipes from America’s Test Kitchen, New York Times Cooking, and Serious Eats, progress monitoring, tips and tricks, and voice control via Alexa or Google Assistant for those who want information on the topic.
