    ALLWORK.SPACE KYR SURVEY 2022

Finding the time and motivation to exercise is hard enough, but now that so many people are working from home, there are many distractions and reasons why you should avoid exercise.

But if you replace your regular office chair with a FlexiSpot exercise chair, you may find that there’s really no longer an excuse to avoid exercise.

Usually, exercise bikes are not overly comfortable. Fortunately, FlexiSpot knows that convenience is invaluable for remote workers. The chair’s breathable mesh backrest and supportive seat cushion make it comfortable to sit for hours upon hours.

An exercise chair helps increase movement throughout the day while keeping pressure on your joints, and is one of the best low-impact exercises you can do. Like other forms of physical activity, the practice of sit-ups provides similar health benefits while reducing the risk of injury as well as discomfort.

A sedentary lifestyle creates a lot of problems, especially health problems. Finding ways to keep your body moving while you work is extremely important, and FlexiSpot has come up with how to make that happen.

    and create

The fitness chair was delivered within a week of placing the order. All parts of the chair come in one box (which is fairly heavy) and requires some assembly.

The bottom of the chair comes already assembled, and the user only needs to install the pedals, seat and backrest with an Allen key (which is provided).

While setting up the fitness chair, the only problem we had was figuring out how to operate the monitor. The instructions said that the batteries had to be inserted somewhere, but we didn’t know where exactly.

We turned to asking FlexiSpot how to find the battery compartment in order to turn on the screen and button. (Hint: You need to pull out the screen compartment and the buttons as shown in the video – Courtesy of FlexiSpot).

    Four features we reviewed:

    1. Practicality

Regular exercise bikes can be noisy, which is annoying if you need silence to work. The Sit2Go Fitness Chair cycles very quietly and smoothly and can be easily moved from one place to another.

The height of the chair is adjustable as well as the level of resistance of the pedals (when you want more or less of a leg workout).

The chair is on the smaller side but you’ll need to make sure you have the right space for it due to its shape (the supporting legs stick out at the back of the chair).

Fortunately, this bike is on wheels which makes it very easy to move it around. In our recent review of Kana Pro Bamboo Standing Desk from FlexiSpotWe suggested that the desk also come on wheels because it was too heavy. But a standing desk and a fitness chair make a perfect team.

    2. Aesthetics

This desk chair is much more attractive than the regular exercise bikes that you might find in the gym.

And if you’re worried that your Zoom co-workers will see you on an exercise bike, fear not: The top of the bike appears to be indistinguishable from a regular office chair. Little do they know you’re pedaling away under your desk.

The seat has the option to choose between black or white for the bottom of the bike, but the seat only comes in black.

    3. Work environment

FlexiSpot takes pride in its ergonomic office furniture, which is furniture designed for efficiency and comfort in the work environment.

This chair is quite comfortable and shouldn’t hurt your back after sitting on it all day – something that many office workers struggle with. Sitting in a chair all day isn’t simply what humans are made for, and our bodies tell us that, which makes finding office furniture that supports our bodies while we’re sitting for long periods of time absolutely essential.

    4. Capacity

So, does this chair really encourage fitness? Their online reviews will say so.

This chair reaches its full potential with the right desk – preferably a height-adjustable desk. Chair dimensions are 33.6″ (L) x 20.3″ (W) in height ranging from 37″ to 46.3″. The adjustable seat height range is 22.4″. – 31.5″.

This chair is adjustable, comfortable and easy to maneuver and promotes a healthier lifestyle for office workers.

    Is it useful?

One review left by Marci S. on the FlexiSpot website under this product conveys our exact thoughts: “Very easy to put together, the elliptical was easy to use and I love how unpretentious it is throughout the day as I can exercise without anyone knowing. It’s very static. It would be The only suggestion is to include the manual on how to open the unit to put the battery in.”

Having an office chair that can be used as an exercise bike is a smart idea for sedentary teleworkers and a good decision if they want to take care of their health.

If you find that you need a more active lifestyle, this office chair could be a great choice for you.
