Madrona, Healdsburg: Interior designer Jay Jeffers has transformed the historic Madrona Manor into The Madrona, an elegant Healdsburg hotel due to open this spring. The Hollywood Reporter said, “Don’t expect typical fine wine country aesthetics; Jeffers put a signature touch on his Sonoma vineyard with surprises woven across eight lush acres that extend over a heated pool, fitness center, and large garden that supplies fresh goods to the restaurant.” . Russia’s Stavran River Valley, Guerneville: Another recently renovated hotel, The Stavrand (formerly The Applewood Inn) “brings new luxury Bulthol to quaint Guerneville, on its way to the Sonoma Coast, with 21 luxury rooms on six wooded acres of redwood groves and orchards,” The Hollywood Reporter. Farmhouse Inn, Forestville: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ben Affleck, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Keanu Reeves were among the celebrities who stayed at this luxury inn. The Farmhouse Inn is also undergoing renovations and recently opened Wellness Barn with new spa experiences. Little St, Healdsburg: One of the most anticipated restaurants this year has earned a nod from The Hollywood Reporter. “The star-studded collaboration – which features SingleThread farm owners Kyle and Katina Connaughton and celebrity designer Ken Falk – will soon bring vegan restaurant Little Saint to the former SHED space in Healdsburg,” the article said. Truth Estate, Healdsburg: Sonoma magazine named Vérité winemaker Hélène Seillan as one of the “21 Rising Stars on the Sonoma Wine Scene” in December 2021. At 34 years old, Seillan already has 16 wines under her belt. Healdsburg house: In December 2021, Sonoma magazine reported that a group of alumni from the Michelin-starred restaurant Single Thread are opening a new wine bar. Unlike many businesses in the area, Maison Healdsburg will remain open late; Until 2am this just seems like the kind of spot that celebrities like to hang out in. The Hollywood Reporter thinks so, too.
