They dated for a short period of time before calling it quits. The director told The Sydney Morning Herald in 2007 that he “had some concerns” about the actors regaining “the same chemistry” for the sequences released in 2004 and 2007.

They starred in two “Amazing Spider-Man” movies released in 2012 and 2014.
It’s not clear when exactly Garfield and Stone started dating, but they were photographed kissing in New York City in March 2012, three months before the theatrical release of “TASM.”
Garfield rushed about meeting Stone during the audition process and working with her on multiple interviews.
Their breakup was revealed in 2015, but the stars have remained amicable ever since.
Sam Rockwell and Leslie Bibb were already together for a few years before they starred in the 2010 movie “Iron Man 2”.

Kate Mara and Jamie Bell fell in love after filming the reboot “Fantastic Four”, which was released in August 2015.
The actors actually met a decade before the movie, on a screen test for another movie. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in 2017, Mara said that Belle was one of the many actors she had to kiss during an audition.
Neither of them ended up getting the roles they auditioned for, but they were reunited again when Mara was cast as Sue Storm / Invisible Woman and Bell got the role of Ben Grimm / The Thing in “Fantastic Four.”

Real-life couple Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Ewan McGregor played antagonists in the 2020 DC Comics film Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn.
Winsted and McGregor met while playing love interests in the third season of the FX series “Fargo” that aired in 2017. Their off-screen relationship was announced in October 2017.
