Divco Custom Homes, one of the most respected luxury home builders in southwest Florida, announced that it had a strong first quarter with sales of more than $24 million.
According to Divco Custom Homes owner Stephen Kaufman, his company has recorded a number of custom home sales, as well as a number of model sales.
Since the first of the year, the demand for single-family homes has remained strong. In fact, Divco sold a number of model homes while they were still under construction. One of these was Amelia.
Located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood of Miromar Lakes, the Amelia is a four-bedroom plus bedroom/four and a half bathroom study and reward room with 4,195 square feet of air and 5,770 square feet total, including three cars. garage.
Additional home features include a wine room off the kitchen and a spacious outdoor living area with an outdoor kitchen.

Another Divco home that was sold in Miromar Lakes before it was completed was the Bellina Model.
Located in the Messina neighborhood of Miromar Lakes, this three-bedroom plus study/four and a half bath plan has 3,023 square feet of living space and 6,254 square feet in total, including pool deck and a three-car garage.
Separate from the main house is a 349 square foot cabana with bathroom. It is just steps away from the edge of the pool.

The Azure model will open to roam in early 2023.
In an effort to keep pace with the demand for luxury single family homes while meeting the challenges facing the construction industry, Divco has made a number of necessary changes to its day-to-day operations.
“We had to limit the sites where we build to better manage the costs of homes being built,” Kaufman noted. “While this disappointed some repeat customers, we felt it was a necessary step.”
“As most people know, the increased cost of gas affects all products delivered – wages are high – and inflation raises the cost of most goods, some in a dramatic way,” Kaufman stated. “But despite all these challenges, we look forward to continuing to serve our clients to the best of our ability. And to complete their new home – on time – and within budget.”
Kaufman continued, “We design every home to suit the privacy of the owner, while at the same time working hard to eliminate the hassles and stress often associated with the home building process.”
Despite the sales, potential homeowners can visit a number of locations to tour the many Divco models that reflect the builder’s attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. One is in the single-family neighborhood of Montebello, which is off Airport-Pulling Road, across from Gray Oaks.
