Here’s how you can immerse yourself in indoor play:
Fill the radiance and rejoice: A well-lit space will always steal the show. Intensify it with reflective surfaces and light-colored color palettes, a pastel or all-white aesthetic that brings joy from the abundance of light. Mirrors, small or large, square, oval, or even asymmetrical, mounted on the wall or leaning on the floor, can also be used to create the illusion of more space with more room for happy events.
Consider a kitchen island with bar counters, a dining area with a view of the French window, or a simple balcony to sit on with a cozy armchair surrounded by houseplants for a cheerful ambiance.
Speak for a purpose with your furnishings: The value is qualitative, not quantitative. This idea is similar to essentialism, which advocates the prevailing minimalist style that allows only things to which we associate a personal value in nature. They can be as small as an antique relic cherished for years or as large as a newly purchased multipurpose stool. The essential nature of the element takes center stage.
