Seagate Development Group is ready to begin construction of another custom home in Talis Park’s Isola Bella neighborhood next month. The leading full-service developer has partnered with Theory Design—its own interior design firm—on this two-story, 4,400-square-foot residence. She’ll carry Seagate’s Monterey floor plan offering four bedrooms, four full and two half baths, plus a three-car garage—not to mention the modern spin on indoor and outdoor lakeside living via oak washed floors, comfortable but shareable spaces, And much more.
“We are just getting started and we can already say that this home will perfectly fit the tranquility and privacy that Isola Bella offers, combined with the new approach to the golf community of Naples that Talise Park proudly wears,” said James Nolf, Jr. Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Seagate Development Group.
The modern exterior is undeniable when one takes into account the white facade, gray shutters alongside dark bronze framed windows, gray garage doors with privacy glass, and matte black framed iron entry doors with glazed openings – all less than the gray and flat white tiled roof. The interior will be equally dramatic and elegant – starting with a two-story foyer and a large seating area. This will be a picturesque space in front of the Great Room with a custom designed heated media wall featuring granite slab as well as a contemporary kitchen with gas stovetop, double wall ovens, large side-by-side fridge and hidden door to the laundry/pantry, which will contain a second fridge. Complementary spaces will include a dining area with a wine fridge to further entertain guests, along with a small private office area off the kitchen and laundry room.
A VIP suite and guest bathroom, as well as outdoor seating, will complete the first floor. The latter will debut for the first time a covered terrace with pool, lounge, dining area for six to eight people, and an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill. The pool deck will transport homeowners and visitors to an exclusive destination – a custom pool with fire bowls, a stone/tile covered water wall, a fire pit area with benches, as well as a massive infinity-edge spa.
When homeowners and guests take the open staircase or elevator to the second living level, they will find a sacred master bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower with floating bench, and double vanity units on one side. Two large closets will lead the homeowners to the master suite with a seating area to contemplate the serene outside views. Two other two-bedroom suites will be complemented on the upper floor – one of which will have a world-class designed shower accommodating guests of all ages.
Next door will be a second laundry room and an attic/flexible loft with direct access to a partially covered deck – assuring that outdoor living is a literal endless extension of the custom home and that the second floor can satisfy all immediate needs and desires in the most appropriate way.
“This residence will be the epitome of sophistication and luxury appropriate for Southwest Florida, incorporating beautiful views and an indoor and outdoor lifestyle at every turn,” Nolf said.
