Toll Brothers announces leadership changes in Colorado

Colorado Springs, Colorado, May 18, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL), the nation’s leading luxury home builder, announced that David Keeler, division president, and Pam Keeler, vice president of sales, will retire from the company on June 2, 2022 after 38 years building homes and communities in Colorado Springs Market. The company also announced that Eric Hunter, currently vice president of the division and who has worked alongside Kellers for more than 20 years, will succeed Mr. Keeler as division president.

Founded in 1983 in Colorado Springs by David Keller and established as a leader in the local home building industry, Keller Homes has built nearly 4,000 single-family homes in more than thirty local neighborhoods, including Briargate, Pine Creek, Cordera and Broadmoor Bluffs and The Spiers, Peregrine, Nor’wood, Flying Horse, Springs Ranch, Mountain Shadows, Jackson Creek, Wolf Ranch, University Park, and most recently Kissing Camels. Toll Brothers expanded into the Colorado Springs market with the acquisition of Keller Homes in September 2020 and continues Keller Homes’ legacy of delivering an exceptional home ownership experience while building homes and communities with quality, innovation and design.

Throughout their careers, the Killers have remained leaders in the local home building industry and the Colorado Springs community. They have a reputation for being early adopters of industry best practices and embracing practical and productive technology. In 1994, they set up their first design studio in Colorado Springs, one of very few in the country at the time where homebuyers could go select fixtures and finishes for their new home in a retail-like environment. Killers has built established relationships and an excellent reputation with local developers, real estate communities, regional building departments and the Home Builders Association.

“We will miss Pam and Dave’s sense of humor, even their down-to-earth nature, strong drive and market intuition,” said Mark Bailey, president of Toll Brothers Group in Colorado. “Their passion for the Keller Homes and Toll Brothers brands and their insight into the Colorado Springs market has been key to our success. We have been fortunate to have their talent on our team.”

“Pam and Dave’s legacy will continue in the homes and communities they built, and most importantly in the employees they hired, mentored, and deeply cared for,” Hunter said. “On behalf of all employees of Toll Brothers and Keeler Homes, we would like to thank Pam and Dave for their tremendous contributions to our company and community, and wish them all the best during this next chapter in their lives.”
