(NYSE: TOL), the nation’s leading luxury home builder, announced that David Keeler, division president, and Pam Keeler, vice president of sales, will retire from the company on June 2, 2022 after 38 years building homes and communities in Colorado Springs Market. The company also announced that Eric Hunter, currently vice president of the division and who has worked alongside Kellers for more than 20 years, will succeed Mr. Keeler as division president.
Founded in 1983 in Colorado Springs by David Keller and established as a leader in the local home building industry, Keller Homes has built nearly 4,000 single-family homes in more than thirty local neighborhoods, including Briargate, Pine Creek, Cordera and Broadmoor Bluffs and The Spiers, Peregrine, Nor’wood, Flying Horse, Springs Ranch, Mountain Shadows, Jackson Creek, Wolf Ranch, University Park, and most recently Kissing Camels.
