While the design aesthetic is a blend of modern amenities and traditional farmhouse visual cues, the technological requirements of a contemporary family bolstered this client’s hopes.
Gaming, video streaming, home office, security, and automation have created the need for next-generation technology. With decades of experience serving such requests, Operations Director Yash Momaya and the AAA e-services team have designed a system that offers a luxurious lifestyle with all the amenities of a resort and high-end home office functionality.
During the second phase of the renovation, the home is nearly complete with smart home amenities redesigned via URC’s Total Control platform to automate procedures, control other systems and integrate with products from several brands.
The system includes one-touch control throughout the home via 16 TKP-7600 touch screens. Through the expert programming of AAA Electronics, the system includes audio, video, climate, lighting, shading, security, several external subsystems for standardized control and uniquely luxurious living.
Adding 13 TRC-1480 devices requires a simple touch or voice command throughout the home – to control family’s favorite streaming content and the rest of the overall control system.

With sound being another major key to the home, Momaya and AAA Electronic Services wanted to ensure high-quality listening experiences throughout. They designed and installed a full 32 zones of sound, aided by five URC DMS-1200 multi-zone amplifiers and integrating devices such as the Denon Heos Drive HS2 streaming subwoofer, CasaTunes CT-8+ amp, Beale Street A120 subwoofer, Crown Audio CR – CDI 1000 subwoofer.
Homeowners can access their favorite audio streaming services via Total Control integration and enjoy music from 40 speakers including Russound, Vanco Beale Street and Snap One Episode models.
“The homeowner had a clear vision of the aesthetic and lifestyle design elements needed in the home, and full URC control helped us achieve both,” Momaya says of the control and integration required for this comprehensive project.
Lutron technology, URC DoorBird integration maximizes comfort and luxury
To increase the level of comfort and peace of mind, automatic control of lighting and shading is integrated into the design of the smart home. AAA Electronic Services has built a system with Lutron products throughout the home including 11 Maestro RF Dimmers with PRO LED + Technology and 10 seeTouch keyboards in colors specially selected to match the upscale décor.
Both the indoor and outdoor lights were to be turned on at sunset and off at sunrise. Lutron Sivoia QS Roller Shades are programmed to regulate the amount of direct sunlight in the home and effortlessly provide privacy.
“Integrating Lutron with URC is fairly easy,” Momaya says. “With Lutron’s new RadioRA 3 system, designing and programming great experiences for my customers should be easier.”
Additional integrations included a DoorBird D101 IP Video Door station at the gate to monitor safety and provide easy access by the homeowner. Snap One Wattbox supplies the power needs of the project, and Ubiquiti’s home network provides reliable coverage inside and out.
“The high level of integration between URC and many other third parties made everything convenient for programming and use by the end user,” Mumaya says. “The URC team is always a pleasure to do business with.”
