Seven other countries around the world eased travel restrictions this week. The easing of Covid-19-related restrictions in these countries follows the trend of more and more global destinations getting rid of all their restrictions completely. In light of the improving situation around the world, it is set to make travel not only much easier for travelers, but also much more desirable than it was at the start of the pandemic.

The latest updates feature a wide range of restrictions that are set to either change them or remove them entirely, from countries all over the world. From recently dropped mask-wearing mandates to vaccine passports and the finally removal of quarantine requirements, here’s a closer look at which countries are among the latest to ease Covid-19-related travel restrictions, and what exactly has changed in those.

New Zealand

Traveling in and out of New Zealand is about to get a lot easier for travelers. Air New Zealand recently canceled its vaccination and testing requirements for domestic flights, while travelers on international flights bound for the country will benefit from the airline’s “no injection, no flight” policy removed from May 1.
